If you are completing a transaction with a "quick close (less than 21 days)," Please contact INFINITY TITLE INDEPENDENCE OFFICE 216-270-5005 and WIRE the earnest money INSTEAD of an online earnest deposit. The bank treats online deposits like a personal check with a 10-14 day hold and it is a rule of the financial institution.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS STATEMENT
"I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account immediately. In the case of the payment being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that Infinity Title Solutions may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and I agree to an additional $25.00 charge for each attempt returned NSF, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law."
