Quick Closings (Less Than 21 Days)
If your closing is scheduled in 21 days or less:
• Do not use this portal.
• Please wire earnest money funds directly.
Banks treat online deposits like personal checks. Funds may be held for 10–14 days, which can delay your closing.
Deposit Limit Notice
The limit for online deposits is $10,000. This is a requirement of Ohio state law. Funds over $10,000 must be wired.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy
By submitting an online deposit, you agree that:
• Funds may be withdrawn from your account immediately.
• Returned payments for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) may be re-processed within 30 days.
• A $25 NSF fee applies to each returned attempt.
• All ACH transactions must comply with U.S. federal law.
